Dance Recital Info: May 8-9

Recital Tickets

Tickets will be for sale at the studio. Each family has 2 tickets at $8 each (Which will now also include the link to the professionslly videotaped performance) and $12 each for any additional tickets. You can either pay by PayPal, cash, or check and pick up inside the studio.

Tickets will also be available at the door on recital day (if any seats are available) for $15 each - cash or check only.

Recital Day Wristbands

A Wristband with the Individual dance student's name will be given for one female guardian/parent During pick-up from dance classes May 4-8 at the studio. Do Not Lose This Wristband!!!! NO ONE else besides the person with the wristband will be allowed near the changing rooms at any time on recital day. Promptly pick up your child after curtain call.

INTERMEDIATE I Thurs.

Arrive to rehearsal and recital in Ballet Costume with hair and makeup done BEFORE you arrive to the High School.

Rehearsal: Friday, May 8th - Drop off in Room 2 changing rooms by 7:30 p.m.

Moms or one other female guardian can stay in the dressing room with their dancer during rehearsal only but will not be allowed to go back stage to watch. (we will not practice curtain call)

Recital: Saturday, May 9th - Drop off in Room 2 changing rooms by 3:30 p.m.to leave other costumes, then proceed to the Auditorium front to find your assigned seat for the first half of the recital. *During intermission, they will switch seats with Int. I WED.* Room Mothers from Int. I Wednesday class will be in this dressing room during first half to help your girls change.

INTERMEDIATE I WED.

Arrive to rehearsal and recital in Ballet Costume with hair and makeup done before you arrive to High School.

Moms or one other female guardian can stay in the dressing room with their dancer during rehearsal only but will not be allowed to go back stage to watch. (we will not practice curtain call)

Recital: Saturday, May 9th - Drop off in Choral Room changing rooms by 3:30 p.m. to leave other costumes, then proceed to the Auditorium front to find your assigned seat for the first half of the recital. These dancers will go back to the choral room after intermission because they will be the opening number for the second half.

Arrive to rehearsal and recital in Jazz Costume with hair and makeup done BEFORE you arrive to the High School.

Rehearsal: Friday, May 8th - Drop off in Choral Room changing rooms by 5:30 p.m.

Please, remain in the auditorium to pick them up from their rooms after they are done performing. (we will not practice curtain call)

Recital: Saturday, May 9th - Drop off in Choral Room changing rooms by 3:30 p.m. After Intermission, Advance I will sit in assigned seats in the Auditorium until close to curtain call
